This Privacy Policy explains what information Biggest Tennis Tournament ("the App", "we", "our") collects, how it is used, and what choices you have. We built the App to work fully on your device, so there is very little to explain — but we want to be precise about it.
Summary
Information You Choose to Provide
Player card photo (Camera / Photo Library). During setup, and any time afterward from your Profile, you can take a photo or choose one from your photo library to use as your in-game player card picture. This photo is:
- stored only in the App's local data on your device;
- never uploaded to us or to any third party;
- deletable at any time by replacing it, or by deleting the App, which erases it completely.
You can decline camera or photo library access and still play the App normally with a default player icon.
Information Collected Automatically
We do not collect device identifiers, location, contacts, browsing activity, or any other automatically-collected personal data. The App does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software.
In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases (in-game currency packs, an energy refill, and a season pass) processed entirely by Apple's App Store / StoreKit. Payment details (card numbers, Apple ID, billing address) are handled by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy — we never see or store them. We only receive confirmation that a purchase completed, so we can grant the in-game reward.
Notifications
With your permission, the App schedules local notifications on your device (for example, letting you know when your energy is full, or when new daily challenges are available). These notifications are generated and scheduled entirely on your device — no notification content is sent through an external server. You can disable notifications at any time in the App's Settings screen or in your device's system Settings.
Data Storage
Your game progress (profile, stats, currencies, tournament progress, achievements, and settings) is saved locally on your device only. It is not transmitted to us. If you delete the App, this data is removed from your device. We do not currently offer cloud sync or account-based backup.
Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App has no accounts, no chat, and no data collection beyond what is described above (all of which is optional and stored locally), it is designed to be safe for a general audience.
Your Choices
- Camera and Photo Library access can be granted, denied, or revoked at any time in your device's Settings.
- Notification permission can be granted, denied, or revoked at any time in your device's Settings or the App's own Settings screen.
- Deleting the App removes all locally stored App data from your device.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same page with a revised "Last updated" date.
